Our clients tend to be discerning and as such are seeking top quality advice, service and delivery. This does not mean that all our work is with complex cases and in fact sometimes clients simply want a trusted professional to act on their behalf for what may be, in our opinion, straight forward. That said, knowledge and experience are important factors, and we possess lots of both.

Lenders typically pay commission to finance advisors in return for the presentation of suitable client cases. Where this is paid, it generally ranges between 0.35% and 1.00% of the loan amount and is always disclosed to the client. Our policy is to accept the commission payments but offset these against the total fee we charge our client. In this way we are transparent and unbiased and effectively reduce the net cost of our fees for our clients.

Once we have established your needs and identified potential solutions, we will present our fee proposal. To move forward we will require a proportion of our fee to be paid on instruction. The balance of the fee is focused on success and is payable on delivery of the bank offer and when the funds are released by the lender.
