Key Responsibilities
- Ownership for budgeting, reporting and financial control of the business
- Regular reviews of performance against budget across the teams
- Proactive financial forecasting across the financial year
- Manage and coordinate the outsourced finance team to cover payroll and benefits
- Supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms
- Ensure that all new staff are enrolled on the pension scheme
