Tim has extensive knowledge of both the property and financial services industries. Starting out as an estate agent in Oxford and then Surrey, he realised that finance was actually his main interest, and became a wealth and pensions adviser for a life assurance company. He worked there for 10 years before taking up a position as a mortgage adviser with SPF in 2004, finding the best funding options for HNW clients, be it for a residential property or a small country estate.

Tim moved to Ashbridge Partners in July 2017 to establish the residential lending business. He lives in the Cotswolds and enjoys cycling, tennis, shooting and golf.
